Mr. Thurswell graduated from Wayne State University Law, J.D. cum laude, at age 23. He is past president of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America – Metropolitan Detroit. For the past 20 years, he has achieved an “AV” rating, the highest possible rating for superior legal ability according to the Martindale-Hubbell organization. He serves on the Executive Board of the Michigan Association for Justice.
